Exploration Geologist (Part-time Transition to Full-time)

Seeking an exploration geologist to bridge cutting-edge technology and field geology, joining a team deploying integrated drone-AI-seismic systems to accelerate resource discovery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in gold, copper, or lithium exploration, including field mapping and sampling.

• Proven understanding of geological models related to Archean greenstone belts, pegmatite systems, or sediment-hosted copper.

• Familiarity with standard geophysical techniques and willingness to adopt passive-source seismic technologies.

• Experience in Western Australia (WA) mineral tenement management and DMIRS regulatory compliance.

• Valid driver’s license for 4WD operations; experience with machine learning or Python/GIS scripting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reconnaissance, mapping, and sampling programs across gold, copper, and lithium tenements.

• Design and execute exploration work programs, integrating structural and geochemical observations to refine models.

• Execute passive-source geophysical surveys using ANT and drone-assisted systems, ensuring high-quality data acquisition.

• Collaborate with AI and geophysics teams on data QC and preliminary interpretation.

• Manage WA mineral tenements, including statutory reporting (MRF, Form 5) and government liaison.

Algorithm Intern (Image Processing)

Seeking algorithm interns interested in image processing and deep learning to assist with remote sensing image data processing and algorithm development.

Requirements

• Major in Computer Science, Electronic Information, Remote Sensing, GIS, Image Processing or related fields

• Basic knowledge of image processing, familiarity with OpenCV/PIL and other common libraries

• Proficiency in Python, knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, experience with DL frameworks preferred

• Strong mathematical and logical thinking, responsible, good at learning and communication

Responsibilities

• Assist in preprocessing and algorithm testing of remote sensing/image data, record experimental results

• Organize and build image datasets to support deep learning model training
